Hey Sisters! Get ready for an exciting adventure as we gather at the entrance near the Vermont Canyon Tennis Courts and head to the hiking trail together. We'll give everyone a 15-minute grace period, just in case! At 9:15 am sharp, we'll start our journey to the trail. Make sure to wear your comfiest hiking shoes, bring plenty of water, and prepare for a delightful hike that includes some refreshing breathwork and light stretching at the top to release what no longer serves your divine feminine energy and set a positive intention for yourself. You can enjoy FREE parking at the Franklin Cafe+Market parking lot, though you'll need to walk up to the tennis courts, or find FREE parking along the golf course. Can't wait to see you there!!
